We build and/or manage your new/existing Portfolio of Local and International Investment Securities (“your assets”) on a Pure Discretionary basis.
All investment decisions are taken by our team of experts, based on our Investment Philosophies, Disciplined Investment & Risk Management processes and as per your defined Investment objectives, Risk constraints and your chosen Investment strategy.
We then report to you on a monthly basis for a performance review and monitoring.

Non - Discretionary
INVESTMENT ACCOUNT
We build and/or manage your new/existing Portfolio of Local and International Investment Securities (“your assets”) on a Pure Non – Discretionary basis.
This means that we provide you with the Investment Advice and our recommendations and you and/or jointly with us decide on your investment trades, portfolio allocation, portfolio rebalancing, etc. The degree of Non-Discretion can be pre-agreed in our Non-Discretionary Investment Management Agreement (“NDIMA”) with you.
This is suitable for Institutions and “Expert” or “Sophisticated” Investors.
