Website information
Terms of use
Clear information about using the ANNEAU website and the limits of the information it provides.
1. About this website
This website is operated by ANNEAU Limited, Business Registration Number C16139683, at 7, Duke of Edinburgh Avenue, Place D’Armes, Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius. In these terms, “ANNEAU”, “we” and “our” refer to ANNEAU Limited.
These terms concern use of www.anneau.co. Separate platforms, affiliated companies and services may have their own terms. A reference to an ANNEAU group business does not mean that the same entity provides every service.
2. Information, not personalised advice
Website content provides general information. It does not take account of your individual objectives, financial circumstances, investment experience or ability to bear loss, and is not personalised investment, legal or tax advice.
Nothing on this website alone creates an advisory relationship, an investment mandate, an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a financial product. Before acting, obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances and review the relevant product and contractual documents.
3. Investment risk and service eligibility
Investments can fall as well as rise in value. Income is not assured and you may receive less than you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Illustrations, opinions and forward-looking statements are not promises of returns.
Availability of a service depends on the relevant entity’s permissions, your eligibility, applicable restrictions and acceptance under a separate agreement. A regulatory licence is not a guarantee of investment performance.
4. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information useful and current. Content may change, become outdated or contain errors, and the website may occasionally be unavailable. Check important information with us before relying on it. Dates attached to articles or documents indicate their context; they are not a promise of ongoing updates.
5. Permitted use
Use the website lawfully. Do not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to disclose.
Website text, designs and media may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to ANNEAU or their respective owners. You may read and print material for personal, non-commercial reference, preserving relevant notices. Other reuse requires permission unless permitted by law.
6. Enquiries and applications
Please provide accurate contact details when using a form. General website forms are not channels for trade instructions, urgent orders or confidential onboarding documents. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or identity documents through them.
Submitting an enquiry or job application does not create a client relationship, employment agreement or guarantee of a response within a particular time. For urgent matters, telephone +230 214 1717.
7. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. The Cookie Policy provides information about cookies and associated services. Cookie choices are managed separately from these terms; using the website is not, by itself, consent to optional tracking.
8. External links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, terms and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. A link is not an endorsement or a promise that their information is correct.
9. Responsibility and your rights
These terms do not exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and do not remove statutory rights. Any responsibility relating to an investment or advisory service is addressed in the applicable agreement and law, not replaced by this website notice.
10. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the website changes. The approved version will display its effective date. Revisions do not retrospectively change a separate agreement already entered into.
For questions about these terms or our policies, contact complaints@anneau.co. For general service enquiries, use Contact us. Our Complaints procedure explains how to raise a service concern.
Effective date: 1 January 2020.
